Stephanie Slade is an award winning producer, designer, and educator. Her visionary leadership and
and work as a professional producer, writer, broadcast designer, and documentary producer spans
the digital revolution from 1983. She is the daughter of an honored teacher, Mrs. Ruth Slade and her
family includes many talented directors, editors, writers, actors and business pros. Slade's clients have
been as big as Southern California Edison and Warner Brothers and Slade is known for her
creative experimental work. An advocate for world peace and collaborative creativity between nations, her
vision of ARTIST ORIGINATION STATIONS (AOS) and an International Painting Interactive, was realized
in 1992, when she was the Executive Producer and Creator for the pioneering efforts in Long Distance
Digital Communications, linking over 150 artists from 14 countries for a week long creative event, hosted
by SIGGRAPH at the Convention Center in Chicago.
Stephanie has a developed many workshops and programs to help teachers, students and parents with
21century Media Education and Literacy. She is a curriculum designer and leadership specialist. Her current

Over 60: Follow Your Bliss, a documentary produced by Miriam Mellman who attended my "Let's Make a Movie"

Mista Majah P: Save the Kids, Let them Live! A music video about Ananda Dean and all the children who have been
the victims of violent abductions. This video is designed to be the heart of a worldwide campaign on CHILD SAFETY.
Sonoglyph! Tom Nunn's original musical instrument is beautifully orchestrated in a classical piece called "Placticity", composed by Allan Crossman, and
performed by the San Francisco Composers Chamber Orchestra.
Unity Peace Film Project: Coming in October, 2009, Unity of Berkeley is our sponsor for a series of classes, workshops and festivals, all to be documented, prepared
and presented online and on ground. This exciting project explores "What Peace Means to Me" through artistic expressions including spoken word, dance, art, music,
photography and film. The writing component includes a Youth and Adult essay writing contest on our theme.
